Tassin struck at the rider who drew alongside to replace the one who had fallen, her sword bouncing off his armour in a shower of sparks. The man hacked at Falcon's neck, cutting a gash in the thick muscle.

King Torrian attacks! " Tassin sat bolt upright, finding herself still dressed in her blood-stained riding clothes. She rubbed bleary eyes as the woman wept and ran around the room, flapping her hands. Tiring of the racket, Tassin rose and grabbed the hysterical girl, putting an end to her shrieks with a slap. The girl gasped, sagged and snivelled, clutching her cheek. Her stumbling steps could barely keep pace with his long strides, and only his brutal grip on her jacket kept her from falling. He shifted his hold to her arm, ignoring her yelp as he trundled her up the steps.
